11. Cancellation Policy
- Before Installation/Activation: You may cancel your service request at any time before installation or activation of the connection. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full, subject to Section 12 below.
- After Activation: You may request cancellation of an active connection by contacting our support team via email or phone. Cancellation requests are typically processed within 7 (seven) working days of receipt.
- Equipment Return: Upon cancellation, any equipment provided by Gazon Fiber (such as routers, ONUs, or other devices issued on a rental or refundable-deposit basis) must be returned in good working condition. Failure to return equipment may result in deduction of applicable charges from any refundable amount.
12. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. Refunds are governed by the following terms:
- Non-Activation of Service: If we are unable to activate your connection due to technical infeasibility or lack of serviceability in your area, the full amount paid (including installation charges, if any) will be refunded.
- Cancellation Before Activation: If you cancel before installation or activation, the full amount paid will be refunded. However, if installation work has already commenced, applicable installation charges may be deducted.
- Cancellation After Activation: Subscription charges for the current billing cycle are non-refundable once the service has been activated and used. For prepaid long-term plans (e.g., quarterly, half-yearly, or annual plans), refunds for the unused period may be issued on a pro-rata basis, after deduction of charges for the used period at applicable monthly rates, installation charges, and any promotional discounts availed.
- Duplicate or Erroneous Payments: In case of double payment or payment made in error, the excess amount will be refunded in full upon verification.
- Security Deposit: Any refundable security deposit will be returned upon disconnection of the service and return of company equipment in good working condition, after adjusting any outstanding dues.
- Non-Refundable Items: Installation charges (once installation is completed), charges for the used service period, one-time activation fees, and promotional or discounted plan benefits are non-refundable.
13. Refund Processing

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 (seven to fifteen) working days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment. Where this is not possible, refunds may be issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the account details provided by you.
- Gazon Fiber reserves the right to verify the claim and reject refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
14. Service Interruptions
Temporary interruptions in service due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not qualify for refunds. However, in cases of prolonged service outage attributable to Gazon Fiber, we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rata credit or plan validity extension for the affected period.
15. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child, we will delete such information from our records.
